I grew up in the State of Oregon. My parents had some friends that had cabins on the coast and we would often go there to spend vacation time. There is a particular crab that lives in the area that is very tasty called the Dungeness crab. We would get up early during the low tide armed with rakes and catch the crabs in the tide pools. The crabs were a pretty good size. Only the male crabs were kept so that the females could reproduce.
What we attract has to due with our frequency. We raise our frequency by working our path, processing our issues - growth. Recapitulation is an example of a growth technique.
A primary focus of the Warrior’s path is to gather and reclaim energy. A substantial energy loss for us are our fragmented selves. But before I describe the process itself I will give a little ‘candy for the reason’ as we all like this.
The nagual is unstructured, the tonal is structured. The tonal organizes and structures the nagual. Knowingness is unstructured. We bring knowingness into the tonal which gives it structure and it becomes knowledge.

The subject of free will has come up recently on the forum. It’s time to look at it and some other baby metaphysical concepts such as ‘we create our own reality’.
In the previous two Nagual Series I have spoken about how to manifest your inner nagual in your life, and, the importance of alignment in doing so. Remember, what makes a Nagual a man of power is that he has his tonal fully aligned to his inner nagual, so that his nagual can flow through him and express in his life.

My inner nagual gave the following to my wife. It has helped her develop her ability to ’see’ and intuit her inner world and outer world so I thought I would share it here.
It is only when you embark on the Path of Destiny that true spiritual evolution begins. When we begin our spiritual path we are on a path of growth. Growth is a horizontal flow. Evolution is a vertical flow. When we are working on the Masteries of Awareness and Transformation we are in our growth. We are working horizontally in the Tonal. The Mastery of Intent marks the beginning of evolution. We are working vertically with the energy of our Dreamer, which comes to us through intent.
